Estateagentin is a national online estate agency with local agents across the UK. We offer a simple and cost effective way of selling your property. Our low cost service is based upon traditional estate agents services and expertise but at a fraction of the price, saving you thousands.  We offer 3 fixed fee options  and pride ourselves in offering the same high level of service for each, whatever option you choose. There are no sole agency agreements so you can market your property with whomever you like and there are no commission fees when your property is sold.

We can provide this service at a vastly reduced cost to traditional estate agents as we are an online estate agent without the expensive overheads of a high street presence. How does it Work?

1. Simply choose the fee option you require, either 1 month, 3 months or 12 months and register online or call us and we can register you over the telephone.

2. Once you are registered, your local agent will contact you to arrange a home visit to carry out a property evaluation.

3. You will require by law an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be carried out before a property can be marketed. We can arrange for this to be done for £49+ vat along with any additional features you have purchased to help market your property.

4. When the property particulars are produced they will be emailed to you for approval. Once we have your approval your property will be uploaded on to our website and on to the property portals we use, including Rightmove.

5. Viewings will be arranged by Estateagentin to allow potential buyers to view your home. Feedback will be provided from every viewing booked.

6. Offers and negotiations will be dealt with by Estateagentin right up to exchange of contract and completion of sale.
